Agricultural Innovations Show set for May 4

Picture and story by SENIORL ANZU

The annual Agricultural Innovations Show is back again this year at the Sir Alkan Tololo Research Centre at Bubia outside Lae.
National Agricultural Research Institute (NARI) is planning for a bigger and better show to be staged on Friday, May 4.
This will be the sixth year of this “information exchange and knowledge sharing” event,  in which partner and collaborating organisations in agricultural and rural development will be invited to display and exhibit their innovations and improved technologies and interact with farmers and the general public.
Pictured today are Bubia Primary pupils (lfrom left) Ismael Poipoi, Brendon Bob and Joshua Gol admiring aibika plants at a demonstration block at the Bubia showground.
