Malum, it wouldn't take much to achieve that again... lawn mowers, brush cutters, guys to pick up some litter... basic stuff. The most impressive part of these photos is how well the immediate view is being maintained. The distant view of water and mountains still exists.

Sorry Steve, Can't agree with you there. There has to be a real attitude change to see the change your talk about and I can't see that happening for a long time to come yet.
