and other litter along Waigani Drive this morning.
This is a problem just as bad as politicians, corruption and crime in this country...and the solution lies in ourselves!

However, the bottom line is that we Papua New Guineans don't take ownership of anything, which has contributed towards Port Moresby becoming the filthiest capital city in the world! |
