Peter O'Neill faction still in control of Parliament

The Peter O'Neill majority faction has just passed a motion requiring Governor General Michael Ogio, to attend Parliament to swear in O'Neill as Prime Minister.
Parliament question time on right now which is being broadcast live on NBC FM 90.7.
Dominated by the  O'Neill faction as the Sir Michael Somare faction hasn't come in yet.
Jeffrey Nape calls himself speaker, O'Neill still calls himself Prime Minister and the ministers are still holding on to their portfolios and answering questions.

This O'Neil-Namah government vowed to weed out corruption and I for one saw they were serious about it. But now they have defied the judiciary's decision on the legality of their existing government and now they have gone on to corrupt the very institution they vowed to clean up. And furthermore, O'Neil and the other NA defectors were part of the very coalition they now call corrupt.

For what its worth, the Court CAN NOT direct to GG to reinstate Somare as the OM because Somares clearly does not have the numbers and parliament has not sat to consider the position.
Following the Courts delivery of its judgement the decision should have been taken to the GG, who would then formally advise Parliament, thereafter Parliament then throough the speaker, move a motion to the house to vote to determine the election of a PM.
